PROCESSING TIMES

We know you’re excited to get your Bubba Grace & Co products as quickly as possible, which is why we ship orders out during our business days from our office in St Ives, New South Wales. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your parcel has been collected by Australia Post.*

We are busy dispatching your orders Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays!

For orders placed between Wednesday 18th June and Thursday 13th July 2023: Please be sure to note your bag bundle is a pre-order purchase, and pre-orders will be shipped by Friday 14th July 2023. These timeframes will be advised on our website and across our social media platforms.

*During peak times (promotional sales, public holidays and celebratory periods) please allow up to 5 business days to receive your shipping confirmation email.

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

We use Australia Post to deliver your orders within Australia.

Shipping to NSW, QLD, and VIC: $45 AUD

Shipping to SA, ACT, and TAS: $60 AUD

Shipping to WA and NT: $70 AUD

Orders over $750 will receive flat rate shipping of $35 Australia-wide

These shipping prices may seem a little steep… this is because the cost of shipping is determined not only by weight of a package, but the dimensions of the shipping box. All Bubba Grace & Co shipping boxes (for those who purchase hospital bags) measure L55cm x W40cm x H40cm which unfortunately increases shipping costs.

SHIPPING TO NEW ZEALAND

We use Australia Post to deliver your orders to New Zealand.

Shipping cost is $90AUD to New Zealand addresses.

This shipping price may seem a little steep… this is because the cost of shipping is determined not only by weight of the package, but the dimensions of the shipping boxes. All Bubba Grace & Co shipping boxes (for those who purchase hospital bags) measure L55cm x W35cm x H33cm. We hope to be able to absorb more of the shipping costs towards the end of 2023.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Bubba Grace & Co is not responsible for parcels that are lost or delayed in transit due to the fault of Australia Post or any other courier - we will trace your parcel on your behalf and work with you to provide as much information as we can if you decide to lodge an investigation with Australia Post.

Bubba Grace & Co is not liable for any costs associated with parcels being returned to sender due to being unclaimed or not delivered, or where a customer has incorrectly entered the address during checkout. Bubba Grace & Co is not responsible for any parcels that are damaged, lost, stolen or delayed during transit. 

NEW ZEALAND PARCELS; the prices quoted do not include local sales taxes or import duties, which may be charged to you upon entry to your country. Bubba Grace & Co is not responsible for any costs imposed when your parcel is delivered, nor any delays in transit. Bubba Grace & Co will not accept parcels back for a refund where the customer has chosen to reject customs charges, as these are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office if you require further information.

Returns

No returns or refunds will be accepted with the exception of damaged or faulty products. Photos will need to be provided to ensure refund/returns are accepted. Only in these circumstances, refunds will be available within 15 days of receipt of goods. Therefore we ask that products be selected and purchased carefully as no refunds will be issued for 'a change of mind'.
